    1. Every 2:00 x 4 
         3 tng power @ 65%
    2. Every 2:00 x 4
         2 tng power @ 70%
    3. Every 2:00 x 4
         1 power + 1 full tng @ 75% 

B) 5 rounds of: 
     6 hang power cleans @ 135/95
     9 burpee box overs @ 24/20
   12 overhead squats @ 135/95

C) front squats 
     5x5 -- 60, 65, 70, 75, 80% 
     (2:30 rest between sets)
