       200m run + 10 toes to bar. 
b. strength I. 
     3x8 front squats. rest 1:30. 
       *add 10# from last week each set. 
c. strength II. 
     4x8 deadlifts. rest 1:30. 
       *@ 70% of heaviest set of 5 from 131020. 
d. INTERVAL. 
     5 rounds. work:rest 1:1. 
       50 double unders.
       15 pull ups. 
        5 squat snatch 155#.
